Phoenix Wild has been dying to get her hands on Kendra Heart's feet, but Kendra doesn't let anyone touch her feet, and even rests with her socks on. Phoenix sneaks in quietly as Kendra is napping, and carefully pulls the blanket off of Kendra's feet. Carefully Phoenix slips off Kendra's sock, revealing Kendra's beautiful bare soles. As soon as Phoenix begins to worship Kendra'a foot, however, Kendra wakes up. Kendra is freaked out to see her friend hovering over her bare wet feet. Phoenix jumps up and knocks Kendra out. When Kendra wakes, she has her wrists and ankles tied, and Phoenix at her feet. Kendra struggles and screams at Phoenix. Phoenix decides Kendra needs to lighten up and laugh, so she begins to tickle her bound bare soles. Kendra erupts with laughter, and thrashes about trying to escape the ticking. Phoenix pulls out feathers, brushes, and a vibrator to tickle Kendra's ticklish feet. Phoenix worries Kendra is screaming and laughing too loud, and decides she needs to ball-gag her before the neighbors come home and hear her loudness.
