Victoria Banxxx is all tied up with her bare feet exposed for the tickling. Star Morning starts her off easy tickling her soles and toes with feathers and brushes. She asks Victoria to rate each toy on how ticklish it is. The numbers begin to climb and the laughs get louder as Star escalates to a vibrator and the back scratcher. The laughter turns to moans of pleasure when she uses the pinwheel on Victoria's soles. Star combines the pinwheel with the vibrator to make Victoria laugh again then she attacks her toes with the electric toothbrush. Star continues testing Victoria's ticklish feet with her barehands and the dreaded hairbrush.
